Yesterday the CEP for Configuration Manager 2012 stopped after almost 2 years. A little personal recap.

JanA new feature in Configuration Manager 2012 is the ability to simulate a deployment of an application to a user or device. This feature helps you to test the deployment of an application without actually installing or uninstalling the application. Read more
It looks like that the Community Evaluation Program for Configuration Manager 2012 comes to an end after running since October the 6th of 2010. 
In the past 1,5 years, members of the Configuration Manager 2012 Product team presented almost 30 sessions about the early versions of Configuration Manager 2012, the P2V migration toolkit and the Package Conversion Toolkit.
The first Community Evaluation Program session of 2012 is scheduled for the 18th of January (9:00 AM Pacific). This session will be about the deployment of Configuration Manager 2012 by Microsoft IT, the largest deployment of System Center 2012 Configuration Manager until now.
In an earlier blog I configured the Exchange Server Connector in Configuration Manager 2012 Beta2 to use it with on premise environment of Exchange 2010. Today let’s have a look at if the Exchange Server Connector in Configuration Manager 2012 RC1 also can handle Exchange 2010 in Office 365. Since I don’t have an enterprise Office 365 environment I used a free 30 day evaluation version.

- January: Becoming member of the Configuration Manager 2012 Community Evaluation Program
- February: Became father of a son and won a MMS 2011 ticket in the Configuration Manager 2012 Community Evaluation Program
- March: Attended MMS 2011 Las Vegas and Configuration Manager 2012 Beta2 became public.
- April: Building my Configuration Manager 2012 beta 2 Lab after the release of this version during MMS. Testing, testing, testing
- May: Starting co-authoring Mastering System Center 2012 Configuration Manager.
- June: Seeing the Package Conversion Manager in action during the CEP, the PCM rocks!
- July: Starting to post blogs on myITForum to be able to share the blogs with the greater System Center community.
- August: Systemcenterblog.nl is getting more and more visitors. Thank you for visiting!
- September: Mastering System Center 2012 Configuration Manager on presale
- October: Release Candidates of Configuration Manager 2012 and PCM are released!
- November: Rebuilding the lab environment and revising the chapters for Mastering System Center 2012 Configuration Manager
- December: won a MMS 2012 ticket in the Configuration Manager 2012 Community Evaluation Program.
