So now that we are finished with configuring and preparing the integration of the ENGL Driver Manager 3.0 with Configuration Manager 2012 it is time to look at the real integration
In the earlier blog about the ENGL Driver Manager we looked at the installation of ENGL Driver Manager and the gathering Hardware Inventory information which we need for managing the drivers. Now we will have a look at the preparation for integrating the ENGL Driver Manager with Configuration Manager 2012.
A couple of weeks ago ENGL released the 3.0 version of their Driver Manager with support for MDT 2012 and Configuration Manager 2012. Earlier versions where very helpful in Configuration Manager or MDT environments, so let’s see how the Driver Manager is integrating with Configuration Manager 2012 and can help Configuration Manager admins managing the drivers in their Configuration Manager environment.
