Cumulative Update 2 for System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager has just been released and can be downloaded here.
This update fixes issues in the following areas.

- Mobile Device Management / Windows Intune (update of Windows Phone 8.1 Extension)
- Client (new client for Linux and Unix)
- Operating System Deployment
- Application Virtualization
- Content Management
- Windows Powershell (read here the changes)
Further more there is an issue addressed regarding Azure Guest OS Family 1 Retirement Impacts Cloud-Based Distribution Points. Existing Cloud-based distribution points can now be upgraded to Family 2 by using the Azure portal.
The new version of Configuration Manager 2012 R2 is 5.0.7958.1303
